Portrait Commissions

Please provide clear visual references.

Where needed, please provide detailed descriptions (especially if you cannot provide a visual reference for certain elements of the characters design).

Please list any important elements you'd like included in the portrait and if you'd like any additional add-ons (flowers, magical effects, decorative frames, etc)

I require 1- 4 weeks to complete a commission.

Once payment has been received, you will be added to the queue. If there are pieces ahead of yours, it may take longer to complete.

If you request the commission through ko-fi, I will contact you within a few days after the payment has been recieved to discuss the commission.

I will send one sketch before continuing the commission. During this stage changes and adjustments do not incur additional fees.

Any extensive changes made after line-art and colors will incur additional fees. To avoid this, please let me know early on if you would like any changes made.

I will keep you updated on every step of the process, including sketch, colors and shading.

The finished piece will be sent via email. Please provide the email address you would like it sent to.

You will receive a high-resolution version of the illustration and a lower resolution version with a watermark that can be shared online.

You will also receive a transparent version if you would like to create your own background.

Refunds are only applicable if I choose to cancel the commission. This will only happen if for some reason I cannot complete the commission or if the client does not follow the ToS as provided.

Not to be used for NFTs or AI training.

I reserve the right to post a watermarked version of the artwork to promote my socials or commissions.

If you would prefer the art not to be posted, please let me know in advance.
